Privacy policy

Your information, treated with care.

How this website handles project enquiries and your privacy choices.

Project enquiries

When you submit an enquiry, Tavency collects your name, work email, company, optional website, service interest, budget preference, business challenge, contact preference and consent. These details are used to review and respond to your project enquiry.

Storage and access

Enquiries are stored using Lovable Cloud. They are not publicly accessible. Do not include health records, payment details or other sensitive personal information in your message.

Privacy choices and analytics

This website stores your privacy preference on your device. Optional analytics are off by default. No Google Analytics is currently connected. The Privacy preferences control lets you change your choice.

Advertising measurement (Meta Pixel)

This website uses the Meta Pixel, provided by Meta Platforms, to measure visits from our advertising and improve ad delivery. When active, it sets cookies and sends Meta the pages you visit, your browser details and IP address. In the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland the pixel only loads after you accept it in the consent banner; elsewhere it loads by default. Your choice, the time you made it and the notice version are stored on your device. You can withdraw or change consent at any time through Privacy preferences in the footer, which stops further sharing immediately. Enquiry form details are not sent to Meta.

External websites

Project references and research sources may link to external websites, which have their own privacy practices.

Questions and requests

Use the project enquiry page to ask a privacy question or request access, correction or deletion of your enquiry information. The team reviews requests before making changes.
